Do you store my credit card details?

Japanswimshop.com does not process any credit card details, nor handle them in any way. Neither our website and computer infrastructure nor our staff ever see or come into contact with your credit card details.
We leave all credit card handling and processing to Paypal. This ensures your data is secure, and since we don't have to handle payment processing, we can focus our efforts on providing better service to you :)

How Do I Pay?

Buyers can pay by Paypal using credit card or bank transfer. You do not need to be registered with Paypal to use their service. There are no fees charged.
Australian buyers can opt to pay in AUD to our NAB bank account. USA buyers can opt to pay to our Citibank account by bank transfer. We will email you bank account details after checkout.

How Do I Place an Order?

Please browse categories and click to buy the product after stating size/quantity needed. Check that your order details are correct. Follow simple instructions to pay by Paypal or bank transfer.

Can I Ship To Another Address?

Yes, but first include that in your Paypal list of shipping addresses. Then select that address when paying by Paypal.

What Are Your International Shipping Charges?

Shipping is free for orders up to $130. Please see our shipping page for more information.

How Soon Can You Reply To Enquiries?

We do our best to reply within 24 hours. Please take into consideration any delay caused by international time zone difference.

How Long Is Delivery Time?

We usually dispatch within 24 hours of payment (Mon-Sat). Registered air mail takes approximately: Australia/NZ 1-2 weeks, UK/Europe 10-20 days, USA/Canada 2-3 weeks.
Expedited Fedex delivery takes usually 2 business days to most major cities worldwide. To check actual Fedex delivery timing, please email us request with city and country postal code.

What Currency Is Your Pricing In?

US dollars. Please use the currency converter in our website for conversion.

Can You Declare My Parcel as a Gift?

We will declare your package as a Gift if it is bought for the nominated addressee as a gift. The address must be stated in your Paypal payment.

Are Your Stocks Current?

Our stocks are current. However there may be rare instances when another order for the same product is placed just before yours and we are unable to update our website on time to reflect that it is out of stocks. Under this circumstances, we will offer you other choices or cancel your order.

Do You Have Sizes Not Shown On Your Website?

Most of the time, replacement stocks take time to arrange and may be unavailable.

Can You Arrange Stocks For A Certain Japanese Swimsuit That I Have Seen?

Please email us the model number of that design and we will try. There may be a handling fee and waiting time.

Do You Offer Pick Ups?

No, delivery is strictly by mail or Fedex.

What Is Your Returns/Exchange Policy?

We are unable to accept returns/exchanges due to hygiene reasons and customers prefer our competition suits brand new and untried/unstretched. If you have concerns about sizing, please refer to our Size Chart. Our international customers find it reliable and gives a good fit.

Who pays Customs duties and Taxes?

Buyers are responsible for these in their own countries, if any. Feedback from our buyers so far is they do not have any problems in this respect for individual purchases.

How do I know if the swimsuit is approved for use at my competition?

We cater to a wide group of swimmers from beginners to Masters and highly competitive swimmers racing at galas/ clubs/ schools/ age groups/ international etc. competitions (pools & open waters). Swimsuit rules vary depending on levels and types of meets as well as from country to country and the rules often change with time. Buyers are advised to consult the relevant swimming organisations in their own countries, if unsure, before purchase in view of our no returns policy.
