Shipping Terms

We offer FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING / HANDLING by registered (recorded) air mail for Orders up to $140.

Orders valued below $140

All buyers can choose:
a) Free international standard shipping by registered (recorded) air mail.

Notes:
(1) Standard delivery approximately -Australia/NZ 1-2 weeks, UK/Europe 10-20 days, USA/Canada 2-3 weeks.
(2) Standard postal regulation reimburses loss of parcel at maximum US$40/parcel or value of Order; whichever is lower. Fedex is highly recommended if you prefer to be adequately covered for the value of your purchase.
(3) Standard delivery is available worldwide except for certain countries with higher risk of mail loss. For these, we will advise delivery by Fedex instead.

b) Fedex delivery at nominal upgrade fee of $17 only. Recommended for urgent deliveries. Refer below for Fedex details.

Orders valued above $140

High value orders are shipped only by Fedex for expeditious delivery with online tracking service. A nominal upgrade fee will be added to your invoice as follows:

• * Orders below US$250, add US$17
• * Orders US$251 to US$400, add US$25
• * Orders US$401 to US$550, add US$35
• * Orders US$551 to US$700, add US$45
• * Orders US$701 to US$1000, add US$55

Fedex delivers to most countries eg. USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Ireland, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Italy, New Zealand, South Korea etc. usually in 2 business days.

FedEx Details: The above Fedex upgrade fees generally apply to most countries. However, Fedex may charge a higher rate for certain countries/cities that fall outside their Standard Delivery Areas. For these, we will send you a subsequent invoice for additional Fedex charges where applicable. If you prefer to ascertain with us Fedex charges to your address before buying, please email us your address with postal code.

Delivery/ Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address stated in your Order Form is added to your Paypal list of shipping addresses and the preferred address is selected accordingly when making your Paypal payment. We will deliver to the shipping address stated in your Paypal payment as it is a requirement by Paypal.

Parcel Loss / Delay

We shall not be responsible for parcels lost during delivery as this falls outside our control. We will assist to claim for loss from Fedex (up to $100/parcel) or the Post Office (up to $40/parcel) accordingly.
We shall not be responsible for delays caused by Customs, Fedex or the Post Office.
